Joe needed this vacation desperately, and came back thrilled just to be greeted by his manager with a worried smile, conveying the bad news: the server's main hard drive crashed and burned this morning, we are unable to retrieve the data, very important material seems to be lost, some contracts, invoices, accounting data and other classified documents and presentations!

What's worse, the last backup available seems to be over a month old, since the electricity surge seemed to destroy the backup server's HDD as well.

Taking the news calmly, Joe got his boss frustrated. How can you be so calm? How can you act as if there is no problem here?!

"Because there isn't" Said Joe. "Preparing myself for the worst case scenario, I've had every bit of data that we needed safely backed up before starting my vacation"

"Oh, Yeah? I just told you that the backup HDD has been lost as well!" came back his boss. "I told you, I prepared for the worst case scenario, and thus, using GBMPro, I've had all the data written on 2 DVDs, stored them in a safe place in my office".

"But what about the two weeks of data we worked on while you're away?" asked the boss, "When did the server incident happen?" Joe came back, "about 9am this morning" answered his boos. "then we've lost only any work done since 8:00 PM the previous day.","how can that be?!" interrupted the boss, with a glimpse of hope now sparkling from his words, "I've used this cool feature that GBMPro offers, scheduling all the data to be backed up on our FTP server, safely stored, can be retrieved whenever we're done installing the new server."

The look of relief lasted for about a second on the boss's face, "wait a minute, are you telling me that we have our most confidential data stored in an FTP server on the INTERNET?!"

"Yup! But no worries, Using AES Encryption, a method that is Federal Information Processing Standard approved, keeping our data safe and not viewable by anyone that does not have the password."

"Joe, you know I have a technical background, how can your programs backup files while the applications are using them? Isn't it possible that we've lost some emails because the program could not backup the open file?", "no sir. The Open File Manager plug-in was installed about a month ago, allowing the program to backup open files at any given moment."

"when was the last time this backup was taken?" asked the boss. "I told you," said Joe "but let me make sure." With that, Joe comes to the computer, logs on to his email and confirms to his boss that indeed, the last backup was taken at 8:00pm last night. "I've told GBMPro to send me an email notification when every backup operation is done."

"Well, I got to give it to you Joe. You've had it all figured and covered! I really appreciate this, and I know the management will also."

"My pleasure sir, it is my work to make sure that the Company's data is safe and secure at all times."

How would it be like to be as cautious as Joe? And it doesn't have to be further than installing GBMPro to get a handful of features that can secure your company's data, save its time, and gives you an impressive set of features ranging from user friendliness to reliability, and many that are in between. Check them out.
